Expressive art Therapy with Anjanadevi has been very intense and impactful a lot of changes I can see in myself and the way I think during the sessions stays longer with me since I have an image with me to refer back.
It has been a long connection with art therapy and hugely impactful because art work helps me go back to it again and again and helps me recall what was spoken during the sessions.
I am deeply thankful for Anjanadevi to have facilitated this and guided me throughout.

I was at a very low point in my life having taken a break from my degree and battling with a lot of anxiety. I had a lot of questions that had to be answered to,which again wasn’t a favouring factor to my anxiety.
Art therapy for me came at the right time enabling me to get in touch with a whole new side of myself that I hadn’t known. It allowed me to express myself in a more creative way and surfaced so many of my inner feelings I had suppressed for the longest of time. I started composing poems which I’d never done before and I also found so many ways towards courses that Interested me more.
Anjanadevi was such a lovely person who made me feel so comfortable, she created the most peaceful atmosphere for me to be able to get the most out of each session. Her level of care was always 100% making every session a wonderful experience. Art therapy was personal and quiet time for me to reflect on my deepest thoughts and deal with them in a different, more effective way than the usual balling of my eyes. It did for an extent help me figure out most of my questions and it surely did help me move on from that unfortunate place I was stuck in.
I would suggest anyone who are in a very stagnant position in life to take up art therapy because of its healing nature. It lets you be your true self and allows you to view yourself from a whole other perspective. Art therapy helped me and I hope it helps you all too.

I engaged in art therapy classes for few sessions to explore some of my worries. A novice like me, who had not lifted a sketch pencil in ages really enjoyed these sessions under the guidance of Ms. Anjanadevi Badrinath and definitely got a lot out of it. Now, I have a good idea about art therapy for one thing!
She has a very soothing style, and engaged me well with interesting art concepts, guided me to drawing and expressing various patterns with use of different art materials to really get to the bottom of my internal conflict. These sessions were not only interesting for me but they were very self reflective and cathartic too.
She is well equipped with various art therapy techniques and ideas and used them effectively in collaboration with me. I felt that she encourages you well, and works with you to get the best outcome for you and I could feel those good intentions flowing through the sessions!
I highly recommend her for anyone dealing with any sort of mental health worries, anxiety, stress, internal conflicts/ dilemmas and any other mental health symptoms.

Anjanadevi Badrinath is one of the most patient, cheerful and humble people I have come across. We began as two students on a MA program but today this friendship has culminated into a professional relationship.
She provided a tranquil, calming space to children who came from various trauma backgrounds and supported them adequately to make them feel comfortable.
What awes me about her is the way she greets everyone with a positive attitude and generous spirit and enables children to reach their goals. It’s a learning experience just to be able to discuss how art therapy helps in improving an individual’s life and im looking forward to more such discussions with Anjana.
